How do referrals work?

After submitting your application details, we send you the referral link associated with that company or platform. You can then complete the application using that link.

Do referrals guarantee an interview?

No. Referrals can increase visibility and improve your chances, but hiring decisions remain entirely with the employer.

What information do you collect?

We collect basic application information such as your name, email address, and LinkedIn profile in order to deliver referral links and manage applications.

Can I apply multiple times?
